Role: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: 25,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience

Press Red Rentals Limited is a fast-growing AV rental company, providing an extensive range of audio-visual, computer, LED screens, lighting, sound and video equipment for exhibitions and events across the UK and into Europe.

We are now looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Executive to help us develop our existing customer base, and to attract new customers to maintain our growth as a company.

This is an office-based position in Telford, Shropshire.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Account Management
Working on the company’s customer base you will keep regular client contact to ensure the company remains their rental supplier of choice, whilst delivering the best customer experience.

Business Development
Maximising sales from warm enquiries and working customers through the customer engagement sales process, whilst also building and passing on leads to the most appropriate person.

New customer acquisition
We are a well-connected company with an excellent reputation in the sector, so part of your time will be spent leveraging this to seek out and grow new customers. Use your skills to understand the customer, build trust, explain who we are and how we can help them

Internal Relationships
A working partnership element of the role is maintaining a close relationship with the management team to aid with sales, account management and new business opportunities

Written Communications
Within the remit of this role, you will be required to carry out written tasks including the following:

• Accurately update systems including the CRM whilst being confident in sending professionally written communications to customers and colleagues.
• Assist in the composition of content for our social media feeds and website
• Create email campaigns for existing and potential clients

Your skills and experience

• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• You will have drive and ambition to work for a technology led company who are a key player in the Audio Visual rental market.
• You must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc). Experience of using Current RMS, WordPress, Mailchimp etc would be an advantage, but not essential.
• Full training will be given on our products but you must be a confident salesperson who thrives in a competitive environment.

Established in 2003, we rent audio-visual, computer, LED screen, lighting, sound and video equipment for trade shows and events across the UK and Europe. We work with stand contractors, agencies, end-users and other rental companies.

Based in Halesfield, Telford, this position is office-based. There will be an opportunity for client visits as the role develops. The base salary is £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience, with commission and benefits. We offer 28 days paid holiday, regular staff events and training.
